CSR Directive Implementation Act

Germany implemented the EU CSR Directive in national law in 2014 (CSR Directive Implementation Act). The CSR Directive Implementation Act is applicable to management reports from the 2017 financial year onwards and is intended to improve transparency regarding environmental and social aspects of companies. The information in question concerns environmental, social and employee matters as well as respect for human rights and combatting corruption and bribery.
